We are seeking an outstanding Registered Dental Assistant to join our team of dental professionals. Our well-established family dental practice focuses on delivering amazing patient experiences and high-quality dental care. Our practice has been in business for more than 45 years and has a great reputation in the community, friendly and long-term co-workers, a convenient work schedule with no weekends, competitive salary and benefits package that includes paid vacations, holidays, sick time, 401K, medical insurance and dental care. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Dental Assistant to join a high-quality dental care team for a long-term and rewarding career. A successful candidate must enjoy working with children as well as adults, be outgoing with a great personality, deliver premium care with a smile, have a motivated attitude, strong sense of ethics, and possess good communication skills. We prefer an experienced RDA but we are willing to train a motivated candidate who is a recent graduate of a dental assisting program, or is in the process of completing their RDA license. This is a full-time position in our Milpitas office, Monday through Thursdays 7:45-4:30. We are looking for a staff member with a positive personality to join our team! Our practice has been in business for more than 45 years and is a warm and friendly environment in which you can develop a long-term career. Our patient-oriented practice is seeking an individual who is compassionate, dedicated, dependable, and personable. We are looking for someone to help create the very best experience for our patients. Providing stellar service to our patients is our number one priority! A minimum of 3 years experience in dental front office is required, Dentrix experience preferred. This position will include answering phones, appointment scheduling, treatment coordination, accounts receivable, and more.
This is a full-time position, 4 days per week. We offer an attractive benefits package that includes medical insurance, 401K, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time. Compensation depends on experience. Office hours are 7:45-4:30 Monday through Thursday.
